1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for store credit only.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Tags must remain attached.

  • Returns must include the original packaging.

Note: Due to the limited nature of our collections, exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.


2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality and exclusivity, the following items are final sale:

  • Archive drops

  • Limited collaborations

  • Accessories (hats, socks, bags, etc.)


3. Refunds

Refunds are not issued to the original payment method.
All approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a SIERRA MANDEL. digital gift card.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Contact us at support@sierramandel.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and photos of the item.

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue store credit if stock is unavailable.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
