Due to the limited nature of SIERRA MANDEL. drops and archive releases, please allow additional processing time during high-demand periods.

  • Carrier delays, customs inspections, and unforeseen events may impact delivery timelines.

  • SIERRA MANDEL. is not liable for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
